Solution
The 5.0 feature of Client Reputation has been renamed Threat Weight in FortiOS 5.2 and moved from Security Profiles to Log & Report > Log Config > Threat Weight.
Solution
1. The feature can be configured as follows:
Make sure Threat Weight is enable in the CLI with:
# config system global
# set gui-threat-weight enable
# end
The Threat Weight option is displayed in the GUI under Log & Report > Log Config > Threat Weight.
To configure it, click on Threat Weight. It will show the same options as for Client Reputation:

Once configured, the threats detected can be seen within System > FortiView > Threats.

It is possible to set the Threat Weight definitions from here by selecting the cogwheel icon (right upper corner) and clicking again on Threat Weight settings:

Threat Weight can also be configured in the CLI using the command:
# config log threat-weight
