Hi @Community  I was planning to deploy multisite HA for FortiSIEM deployment with the following current 7.3.5 architecture of 6 nodes.1 super with DB3 keepers2 data/query, which double as event upload workers I have reviewed #High Availability and Disaster Recovery - ClickHouse | FortiSIEM 7.0.0 | Fortinet Document Library I already have 6 nodes on the second site ready to go.kindly suggest the best architecture and load balancer if needed @FSM_FTNT @Secusaurus,  I would really appreciate your input.  

Im trying to troubleshoot what happen that HA isnt synced. I did try debug commands but no luck :) Please suggest where to search for solution. Two to three months ago, we migrated to the EMS Forticlient VMware appliance 7.4.4.Today, I tested the upgrade from 7.4.4 to 7.4.5 via the GUI. I tested two times with the same result.See the log below:As you can see, I started the upgrade around 3:54 PM.The upgrade apparently finished about 30 minutes later, 4:24 PM, but I got stuck at 50% and suddenly saw a client and network error.I logged in to the EMS console via a different workstation and received the message that the EMS Ugrade completed!Only after refreshing the browser with the 50% message, did I get the message "EMS upgrade complete!"I don't see any errors in the logs, so I assume the upgrade most likely completed successfully.The (7.4.4) Forticlient on the Windows 11 workstations didn't generate any errors and could also establish an SSL VPN connection. I could also create a FortiClient installer in the EMS console1) Any idea why the upgrade dialog box is stuck at 50%?2) And I'm missing the SSLVPN option in the screenshot b

Hi allIm trying to find a way to get connection count to a real machine within the loadbalancer pool.My platform is FortiADC v8.0.1The closest method listed in the guides is /slb/all_vs_status_last_2but this gives 404 page not found Any suggestions? 

Hello FortiCommunity, We currently are using FortiClient with an EMS server and noticed when we connect to the VPN we received our specified internal DNS on both our physical adapter (wifi/lan) and our vpn adapter. Our specified internal DNS are our domain controllers that run DNS services.   The issue we are having with this is that sometimes the FortiClient software disconnects or something in windows causes the application to crash. My assumption is when you hit the disconnect button on the FortiClient it removes routes and/or the static DNS entry. With that process not taking place the end result is that the static DNS that was not cleared, thus leaving the PC unable to connect to the internet.    Our users working from home do not get admin access to their network adapters as well. The combination leaves the end user unable to connect to the internet and our remote tool useless. Do you guys know why the static DNS is set- can we set this to obtain automatically? I d

Hello everyone.We have two FortiGate 100F devices configured in active/passive mode.We are using six site-to-site IPsec tunnels, as well as remote users (Windows/Linux) who connect via FortiClient VPN.In addition, there are users who connect from Android phones using FortiClient VPN for Android.About a month ago, the FortiGate devices were automatically updated overnight to FORTIOS v7.6.5 build 3651.After the update, external users lost the ability to connect via FortiClient VPN on Windows laptops.After reconfiguring the VPN settings and switching back to DH group 5, Windows laptops were able to connect again.However, FortiClient VPN on Android still cannot connect and returns an error.On FortiClient for Android, only the following DH groups are available: 1, 2, 5, and 14.I tried all of these DH groups one by one, but there was no improvement.I tested this on multiple Android devices, and also tried the full FortiClient VPN version.In all cases, I receive the same error in a loop (the

Hi all, Do Fortigate Firewalls support "BGP peer groups" by sharing the same outbound policies and setting instead of configuring each BGP neighbor individually and updates replicated to all peer group members. I can't seem to find any docs or commands that support BGP peer group config on a Fortigate like a Cisco or Arista Switch.

I am trying to install a FortiClient (VPN only) FortiClient I have downloaded the instalation file after filling the form https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads#download-vpn-only I have selected the Windows version.When I launch the instalation file, it downloads image, unpack it, but then nothing happens.

HiI've just recieved my FortiGate 200G.I am following the quickstart guide. It says to connect WAN port. But there is no WAN port So I have connected a PC to the MGMT. I manage to acces the GUI.But It wants to connect to FortiCloud. We've been having issues getting a SiriusXM player to stream audio when connected to our network and Fortigate 100F and 200F firewalls running 7.2.12 build 1761 firmware. We have created a Firewall Policy for the device that Allows all traffic, with security profiles removed and no SSL inspection. DNS Helper has also been disabled for diagnostic purposes, and we are using external DNS (8.8.4.4 and 1.1.1.1). When checking Forward Traffic logs, we see no traffic being Denied, but the player will not stream audio. We verified the traffic for the device is using the Policy that has been created for it. I have an on prem AD synced to Entra - my EMS cloud is connected and the Entra domain is imported over. I have configured SAML so when the client is pushed to my contractors who are non-domain joined devices, they will be prompted for credentials before connecting to EMS. The SAML redirect is occurring, but I am receiving an invalid response error after attempted log in. Any Ideas? EMS client packager version 7.4 patch 7.4.5   

Hi community, I have bought a used Fortigate 60E to work with SD-WAN. The port WAN2 not working (no sign of life) but my problem is the port WAN1 because it's working only Fast. My service provider router is Giga and my link is 500Mb. What is the problem? I count with your support Addtionals Informations:- The two WAN ports are 10/100/1000;- My firewall is up to date - version 7.0.12;- Memory and CPU used is OK;- When i tested the same cable on another port, it's works Giga (Today, it's my workaround);- When i forced the speed port to 1000, it's stop work; FortiGate#Fortigate60E

Anyone using FortiTester and can confirm / deny if test case configuration is not shared among users? If I create test case configuration and another user logs in they don't see my created configuration, and neither do I see theirs. These are remote (RADIUS) users.

Hello everyone, I have a question to which I was not able to find an answer yet.We have a SDWAN/ADVPN setup with one hub (vdom on a 400E) and about 80 spokes. For the hub we want to buy a new 200G, mainly because of the 10GB interfaces. I have found a couple of articles here about migrating a Fortigate to a new model and this article (346859) points out, that i have to add the new 200G to Fortimanager with the help of Forticonverter. Our SDWAN/ADVPN setup is a couple of years old (we started with 6.4) and I wonder if there is way to migrate the hub without breaking all the scripts.  Under VPN Manager -> IPSec VPN communities we have ADVPN-1, ADVPN-2 and ADVPN-3. Every ADVPN has  the same Fortigate with the "Hub"-role - and this is bound to the serial of the device.  I would like to replace this object with the new 200G.... Is there a document around, that shows how to do this?  Or do I need to create all the SDWAN/ADVPN stuff fr

But when there is no data, only return "success", so if I try with jinja to run  {{vars.steps.Query_CMDB.data | count}} > 0 Always return > 0 because when its "success" it counts the letters... There is a better way to avoid my "length" step? and only have the MySQL query step and after that, the decision step (if rows > 0 -> then X, else Y)

Hi,I have created a remote IPsec VPN for remote users. the users can connect to the VPN.However, they can't access anything in the LAN behind the FortiGate through HTTP or HTTPS.For example, I can SSH to the FortiGate to manage it; however, I can't access it through HTTP/HTTPS.I don't have a route issue because I have ping/ssh to the FortiGate/LAN behind it. Hello,After upgrading FortiGate to version 7.6.5, we encountered issues with IPsec tunnels. According to the Fortinet technical article, the default Diffie-Hellman group values were changed from  5 to 14, 20, and 21. https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-IPsec-tunnels-not-connecting-after-upgrade-to-v7-6/ta-p/423320 Current situation:On PC clients, the issue was resolved by changing the configuration and setting matching DH groups (14, 20, 21) on both sides of the connectionTunnels are working correctly after synchronizing the settingsProblem: The FortiClient VPN application on Android does not have the option to select DH groups higher than 14. As a result, mobile users cannot establish VPN connection after the FortiGate upgrade.Questions:Is there a planned update for FortiClient Android application with support for DH groups 20 and 21?What is the recommended temporary workaround - should we roll back the configuration on FortiGate to older DH groups
