Description
This article describes how it is possible to submit a request or create Internet Service Database (ISDB) entries.
Scope
FortiGate.
Solution
The Internet Service Database (ISDB) is updated only by the FortiGuard Team, and any changes made to ISDB will affect all customers. Hence, it cannot be customized locally.
However, it is possible to submit a request for a missing entry in ISDB by filling out the form here: ISDB Contact Form.
Note
Starting from FortiOS v7.6.4, FQDN address groups can be added from within the ISDB objects menu in the GUI on firewall policies. This allows for handling the cases for the frequently changed ip addresses or missing addresses in the ISDB objects. For more information, refer to this document: GUI support for FQDN address groups within the ISDB.
