Solution

On the FortiGate CLI, type 'show firewall internet-service-name "Fortinet-FortiGuard"' to confirm the Internet-Service-ID for the FortiGuard service.

Type 'diagnose internet-service id 1245324' to show all IP addresses, port numbers, protocols, etc.
