Hello,

 

ı enabled to block social networking in webfilter and application control and these profiles are active same policy. And tehen i want to go any url in socialnetworking category, there is no replacement message. The logs show me application is blocked.

 

Is there any document for this subject?

    hi,

     

    AppCtrl is based on the IPS engine, and is not restricted to any type of traffic. Especially, not HTTP(S). So there is no replacement message sent if HTTP traffic matches an AC sensor. (how would that work with e.g. Facebook or WhatsApp anyway?)
