webgui slow

Hello, I have a 600D model and since version 5.4.4 my web gui is very slow, especially the fortiview. Now with version 5.4.6 the problem persists. The TAC was unable to resolve the problem and said that the delay would be normal. But the problem occurs even when I'm accessing at low peak times. What caught my attention is that when I click on Traffic Shapping, Applications etc the result is as follows.
