web filter proxy mode issue

Hello,
I have a problem with web filter proxy mode, it blocks some sites even if the site category is allowed (also in static url filter). when i switch to flowbased inside the policy it works fine, but when i switch to proxybased it is blocked (same web filter profile firmware 6.2.10).

so what could be the problem.

You can try to change the action to exempt in the urlfilter.

hello @nalexiou ,

 

The problem persisted even with an "exempt" action, there was a known bug in firmware 6.2.5 but I don't know about 6.2.10.
