VPN error MAC OS

Hello,

      I have a foritgate 1000c in my company, with the following problem, when windows workstations accesses the VPN the authentication box generated by the firewall works, however when the are working is MAC OS the box does not open in this case the users can not access the internal network.

What can I do, because I've already cast my ideas

    Which Mac OS version?, are they use IPSec or SSL VPN

     

    I faced such case and the problem related to the Mac OS version Sierra 10.12.2, instead of IPSec VPN, I used SSL-VPN.

    use the forticlient not the native VPN in the OS.
