VPN certificate error

I was using FortiClient 6.0.9.0277 on windows 10 pro. Everything was fine i could make vpn connection.

But i've installed windows update 1909.

I now when i try to connect, it gives me the error

"the server you want to connect requests identification please choose a certificate and try again. (-12)"

what could be the problem?
