scan to email problem

Hello, I installed a fortigate 30E as gateway of the local network, with as ip address 192.168.1.1 Everything works correctly, except the scan to the mail: the scan on the documents from a copier and they arrive on the mailbox Do you have any idea where the blockage comes from? Thank you
