Routing help

Hi, The below stattic routing will work ?

S* 0.0.0.0/0 [10/0] via x.x.x.x, wan1 C 10.0.100.0/24 is directly connected, port1 C 10.0.200.0/24 is directly connected, port3 C y.y.y.y/28 is directly connected, wan1 S 192.168.100.31/32 [10/0] via 10.0.200.1, port3 S 192.168.100.31/32 [10/0] via 10.0.100.1, port1

And i have created policy based routing , But unfortunately in the debug i am getting "Denied by forward policy check"
