Report is empty

I generated this report "Throughput Utilization Billing on fortianalyser 7.2.1 (1215) and came out blank.

Can i get a help to know why is it empty knowing that frotigate is the same version.

Can you confirm if you have followed the correct steps as mentioned in the below link.

Also please please confirm the dependencies are fulfilled.

>> Dependencies
- The FortiGate must be connected directly to the FortiAnalyzer.
- The FortiGate must have at least one interface configured with the WAN role.
