Report for Web user browsing

I am new to Fortinet.  In Forticloud I see some stuff.  I have been asked to get a report on a single person's browsing history.  I thought it might be in Fortianayalzer but when I click on it I get an option to Provision Instance.   I am not sure what clicking on that will do. 

Any help is appreciated.
