Log Report Issue

I,m using Fortinet 30E

I want to clarify one of the connected device on specific date on last week (with mac address)

but i couldn,t get the details, i can only view today connected device with mac address

can any one help to solve this issue please.............

You're using FortiCloud, right? Just like I do with my 30E. The free service at FortiCloud keeps log only 7 days. If you log in to FortiCloud and click the yellow triangle icon w/ exclamation mark (subscription) next to your device it would show you what kind of services included in "No Subscription". In the second row you can see Hosted log retention: 7 days.

At the FortiCloud, just drill down to your device (host name) then choose either FortiView for those System Events or Logs for traffic and other FortiGuard service logs. Then choose "Last 7 Days" for the view window.
