Link-Status issues

Have a 300D that was working perfectly well until 2 days ago when suddenly link status for all interfaces went down and I cannot determine why. This is a test box for testing config and is not in production. I performed a factory reset, all seemed ok then after 2 days of inactivity the link status on all interfaces was down. Tried resets, reboots and even firmware upgrade but cannot determine why their down or what caused it?

Anyone have any ideas?
