Fortinet, boot problems.

Hello, i've a FortiWifi -60B, there was some problems with DC connector, i finnaly found one with 12V/4.5A of outcome of the 12V/3A of income that the Fortigate asks for. But when i turn on the Forti it doesn't boot it gets stuck at RAM activation, i don't know if  there is a problem with the DC or with the RAM itself.

After that its get stuck in that line and doesn't complete the full boot service. Thank you in advance for your help.
