Fortinet Blocking Software Update

Hi Guys, Can somebody please help? One of our corporate software cannot update the latest modules/bug-fix/files online IF using our Fortigate 60D firewall. It can only update once bypass the device. Policies are simple and straight forward, mostly used the default and also tried allow all outgoing and incoming to test.
