Fortimail VM doesn't block executable/javascript in archives

Greetings,

I've encountered following problem - Fortimail VM doesn't block executable/javascript content type in archive files. Archive type - zip (not encrypted, contains single .js file). Both options (content -> File type filtering -> executable/javascript) and filtering -> scan conditions -> check archive content) are active (screenshot attached).
