Fortimail and Sandbox scan URL with HTTPS

HI,

we have at the moment a big problem, that Fortimail and Sandbox dont Scan URL in Emails with contains https (https://www.asasegy.com/cgi-bin/Reporting/jme9f3q65/ this URL contains an infected DOC).

At the Logs there is no Action with the URL. In the Settings it's active that he should scan all URL, but its not happend.

I hope somebody can help us.

(Fortimail v6.2,build257,191010 (6.2.1 GA)

(Sandbox v3.1.1,build0122 (GA))

This is known issue in 6.2.1, please upgrade to 6.2.2 asap.

thank you, during the posting we read the Release Note 6.2.2 Build 0263 and found out

"Resolved Issues"

"589530 When malware/virus outbreak protection is enabled, URIs will not be submitted to FortiSandbox for scanning."

We updates Fortimail and Sandbox and now it's works .
