FortiAP Boot problem

Hello everyone,

I have an FortiAP 221E that cannot boot. After I tried to upgrade, it stops working. When I connect him to power (AC or POE) green light is on, no blinking just turn on immediately and stay on. I cannot connect via LAN becouse it start, work few seconds and go down, no cable connected message on PC. 

I tried factory setting reset, no help. 5-10sec to enter config mode, no wifi (FAP-confgi-Serial). There is no console on device. 

Has anyone has this problem. How to connect to AP and install new firmware?
