FML with FSA

What would be the user experience if the situation is like this.

Incoming email is clean but with unknown attachment, FML unable to distinguish attachment behavior and sent over to FSA for further investigation. Will the recipient able to receive the email but the attachment is strip off or FML will hold the whole email and wait the verdict from FSA?
