Export Device definition list?

Does anyone know of a way to export the device definition list to a file? Other than trying to highlight the text on the screen and copy/pasting?

I have a few hundred devices that have been detected and it would be nice to export to a CSV or something to be able to compare to an inventory list to verify that all devices are actually supposed to be there.
