ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when access gmail using Firefox only

only Gmail suites and email  are giving us a ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR only in Firefox. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting for this error, but the only thing that fixes it is restarting the computer, or change the network connection from Wi-Fi to ethernet or vise versa.

 

Its randomly happening i am running 6.0.11 Firmware, and today will upgrade to 6.4.9 to see if its firmware related issue as there was another similar case but with Chrome not Firefox.

 

Any other suggestions ?

Hi Team,

 

We will get this error usually when there is a deep inspection enabled in friewall policy and if you do not install certificate in the user machine.

 

Or Can you check if you have proxy settings in the firefox ?

Also, please share us the screenshot of firewall policy and web filter logs at the time of issue.
