Double Default Route

Hello,

I have a problem connecting FortiClient (with all versions). Without the VPN connected, a ROUTE PRINT appears normal.

 

When I connect the IPSec VPN it adds a default route, which causes me to lose the connection to the Internet and internal networks.

 

Do you know what the problem may be? It only happens to some clients, it must be something related to the operating system or some installed software.

But those users can never connect via VPN. Thank you!!
