I have 3200D running 5.4.1

I would like to know if it's possible to choose the time or frequency the disclaimer is displayed, for exemple once a day for every user. I configured NTLM authentication and the disclaimer is displayed every re-authentication. Also, Is possible to change the timeout of NTLM authentication session ?
