Disabling Auto-Update

Hello, I was curious if there was any way of disabling the auto-update from the client' s side in the FortiClient. I believe our FortiGate is told to disable the automatic update, but many of our users still get a popup on startup asking if they want to update their software or that an update is being downloaded. We require administrative credentials over group policy on software installs such as this, so even if they try to do the update, it will not let them. We do not want them going to the new software until we have tested it. We have not found a way to have it stop asking for the update and hoped there might be some suggestions.

Hello, you have the change the value in registry : HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Fortinet\Forticlient\FA_UPDATE next put the value " enabled" and " softwareupdateenabled" to " 0" instead of " 1" Hope it helps ;)
