Ciscospark Application

Hello,

We used cisco spark application. [link]https://www.ciscospark.com/downloads.html[/link] When we exempt spark.im and voip applications in application control profile and select deep-inspection, the application error with certificate. When we select certificate-inspection, the application works good. Must we add exemp address in deep-inspection profile and what address?
