Blocking/Filtering Emails

hello

one of our clients requested that we block or filter our user emails such that their emails are only directed to them(clients) and us only. when i asked someone about this, they recommended FortiMail, so i just wanted to get a better understanding if indeed FortiMail can handle these kind of requests.
