Applying IPS For Exchange HTTPS Connections (OWA/ECP etc)

Just a quick question regarding peoples experiences with applying Fortigate IPS policies to Exchange HTTPS connections? have they found it detects too many false positives, or causes timeouts etc?

An information would be greatly appreciated.

I am using FortiOS 6.2.
