Adding new application control sensors

Hello,

I try to add a new application control sensor, but when navigating into the web page showing "edit application control sensor" the icons for listong or creating new application sensors are not visible.

I have tried both Firefox and Chrome. See screenshot below. (As far as I understand, those icons shall be far to the right on the "Edit application sensor" bar.

What am I missing. This is a Fortigate 61E.
