30E firmware errors

Hi.

I got this old 30E device that does not like to have any newer firmwares after FortiOS v6.2.12 build1319.

I've tried to upgrade via GUI:

Image file doesn't match platform.

And via TFTP:

Image Received.
Checking image... OK
Image internal CRC error. Please power cycle. System halted.

Also tried to make more space to the CF Card (some link to the GeoIP or such)

But computer says no.

Any help appreciated.

Hello @Gnaah ,

Can you share the file name you downloaded and Fortigate Serial (or "get system status" command output) number with us?

Also, have you checked the checksum of the file?

Hi @Gnaah,

For a 30E, you can go up to 6.2.16. Please make sure you are using the correct firmware image.
