Proxy Avoidance

My problem is I cannot block HTTPS proxy avoidance sites eg https://sureproxy.com. I have checked all HTTPS settitngs in the web filtering and fortiguard web filtering. HTTP blocks fine. Any ideas?

    That site is blocked from my config.

    What I did that seems to be working is put the word PROXY in the url filter and block the word.

    I do hope you don' t have any investors in your organization. They are probably cursing you. Banned words are a sledgehammer and should be used sparingly. We have one word, porn, and many news sites that have been exempted solely for that word. Good luck.
