Solution |
Before applying the command, make sure to have checked the Internet Explorer settings on the following article: Technical Tip: FortiClient TLS 'error 5029': failed to establish the VPN connection
In case the article above did not fix the issue, probably Windows 11 has got an update that has changed the Internet Explorer settings.
Solution: To reset the Internet Explorer setting to default open the CMD on Windows and run the following command RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ResetIEtoDefaults
After that try to connect again, the FortiClient should work as expected.
