This article describes why FortiAuthenticator Agent for Microsoft Windows does not display any domain.
Scope
FortiAuthenticator Agent 4.2.
Solution
Under Two Factor Authentication - > Configure, no domain is seen.
Even Windows 10 client machine is added in the domain, FortiAuthenticator Agent for Windows does not display any.
The reason is that FortiAuthenticator Windows Agent is installed using a local account, instead of using a domain administrator.
FortiAuthenticator Windows Agent should be removed from the Windows machine and should be installed from scratch using the domain administrator account.
If the workstation also can not contact Domain Controller at the moment of installation it can also lead to the same issue. Ensure that the workstation is inside the network during installation.
