| Solution |
If the windows agent is installed in the FortiAuthenticator using the local account administrator, the available domains will not be fetched: Resolution.
Login as a domain administrator to the workstation, then run the installation file with the domain administrator user, after installation domains will be fetched automatically.
Make sure also that domain controllers are available for workstation during installation of FAC agent.
