Web Proxy not working

Hi Experts, Am using Fortigate 80C with Explicit Webproxy enabled and running on 8080 port. Now, all of a sudden, all the machines running on the web proxy, not getting Internet. No configuration changes have been made. Need to resolve this on priority. Help me out! Thanks in advance

    Hello, I had this kind of problem with a FGT110C running MR3P12 with the socks proxy (used by Bloomberg traffic). The socks proxy was running fine for more than 1 week and then stop working. I upgrade the fw to the leatest release in MR3 release train and reboot the FW many time...without any chance !! Hope it will work again... Regards, HA

    I had similar problem with proxy configured on FG600C. Users surf on the web regularly, but suddenly connection goes ko and proxy become unreachable. After 4-5 minutes proxy come back reachable ad connection goes up. I updated last firmware but problem is not solved!
