Web filtering

hey all , 

I m new with fortigate Unit , i configured an ipv4 policy with no web  or dns filtering , although i still have blocked  website . Iphone users cannot access safari and other Apps, any solutions please ..

    Have you any app control filter? About blocked website, what message do you have?

    Hi there,

       What is your policy in details. Is there any other UTM enabled, e.g. IPS or AV. Also, check if you have enabled device-identificate on interface and policy.
