Web filter vs App control

Dear All,

Anyone can advise on this scenario.

1) I'm trying to block https sites like facebook, youtube etc with inspection mode certificate.

2) If i select only the web filter profile in my policy going out to internet then i get the deny web page blocked.

3) if i apply application control too into the same policy where in the app sensor i have block the facebook and youtube category then am not getting any block message for facebook website. for youtube its said block with application controller but for facebook or any other sites keep searching and a blank page appear.
