WAN load balancing

Hello,

Since, I am new to fortinet I am having Fortigate FG60D in my environment

I have two question

1. its possible to configure FG60D device to get upload from one ISP and download from Another ISP

2. How to configure "Source-Destination IP based" in Wan load balancing?   

kindly help me I am not getting any knowledge base or articles in Google or fortinet.
