VLAN problem

Hello everyone  now i have cisco switch and configure 3 vlan then connect then to firewall the problem is the connection to internet is very slow , i sniff the packet and found many STP and CDP i stop it but still have same problem and found men ARP broadcast for my pc , then make static  ARP on the FortiGate , but the problem for slow connection is still ,  i need help please

    Hi,

     

    I think first you will have to check your internet connection, did you experience good internet connection before this set up?
