URL Redirection problem

We have a strange issue with our Fortigate 200D FG200D3915807107 the URL [link]http://support.cequens.com/[/link] should be redirected to http://support.cequens.ne...edesk/customer/portals this works outside our network but inside our network "LAN" with it's gateway our Fortigate 200D is not redirected in the internet browser and gives error "we can’t reach this page" from Edge browser and "This site can’t be reached The connection was reset." from chrome browser. We have checked the "Forward Traffic" logs we couldn't find any block or reset issues also we have tested this from multiple PCs.
