upload issue

I have FortiGate firewall 200F but one month ago I faced a problem that upload is not working fine for ex my download is 40 Mbps and upload must be 40mbps but the actual upload option is very slow
so how can I solve this problem

Is the version at 7.0.13?

  • Have you tried to test the upload without FortiGate? (i.e.: directly connecting your host to the WAN link).
  • What is the upload speed with FortiGate?
  • What is the upload speed without FortiGate?

If downgrading is not an issue, you can downgrade to 7.2.5 for full speed. You may create a ticket to Fortinet to get official support, too.
