Traffic shaping

Hi,

My internet speed is only 50Mbps, In that case, how can I  set the total interface speed to 50 Mpbs (Wan interface speed is 1Gbps)  ,In that case how traffic shaping works.If I send more than CIR (50mbps ) provider will drop the above 50MBps ?

    You can use the outbandwidth option on the interface to limit the bandwidth. The traffic will be processed based on default classes.  If you want to control priorities outbound you will need to setup egress traffic shaping policies:
