Traffic control for certain application

how can i control/limit certain applications/users for exceeding certain bandwidth using traffic shaping in Fortigate.

my FortiOS version is 5.4.4.

eg. some users uses google drive and uses bandwidth of 20Mbps resulting in Internet slowness for the other users in the company.

I want to limit them to only 15Mbps.

in fact, there are a few services that i want to limit. eg google services. MS O365,

I didn't know this until now when I just looked up the shaping-policy config items. Looks like even with 5.4 you can set application, like

16541 Google.Docs

17953 MS.Office.Communicator

and a lot of others. So you can apply a shaper to limit the bandwidth to the shaping-policy. For the details, see below online help:
