Tracking down big users

If I go to the Fortigate dashboard just now, it shows about 40 megabits/second in from the internet. If I go to Fortiview All Sessions and add up the bytes received in the last 5 minutes, I get about 5 megabytes. Well, 40 megabits/second is more than a gigabyte in 5 minutes. How do I display all the traffic?  I have looked at this table many times, and the vast majority of traffic is always missing.

If you are thinking I am confusing inbound and outbound, the bytes sent is even smaller. And removing all filters has almost no effect.
