Welcome to the forums. Is it every policy or only #14?

Sounds like something is corrupted either in the firmware or the configuration file. Try making a backup and looking through the code for anything strange. Special characters in address names, spaces in web filter profile, etc. If that doesn' t yield a result, try to boot to the prior firmware version. Th 80C has the past few versions available under ' System > Maintenance > Firmware' . Choose the prior version and reboot. Always make a backup before going backwards in code versions! I forgot to ask, was this upgraded recently? And if so from what version of code?
