SSL VPN in WEB-MODE gererate Javascript error

I have a web site in DMZ. If i access it with simple web browser i don' t have problem. If i use the boomark trought the SSL VPN portal my web site is partially loaded, and many Javascript errors appear. I try to debug it with Visual Studio but the WebSiteApplication is very complex. Someone had the same problem?? I can have some debug from you??? Best Regards
