SSL certificate warning

Hi

I am using ssl inspection on my lab.
I have downloaded the certificate from fortigate and installed it on windows trusted store and on Firefox.

but still have the certificate warning problem !

What do i miss?

Do you have the same issue with Chrome, assuming that the CA is installed in Trusted Root Auth on the PC?

I did exactly the same process, but both Chrome and Firefox still showing warnings!

I wonder if that is bug of some kind, i run version 7.6.7

check the SSL event logs

do you see any deny logs
