SNMP Interface Description

Hello everybody I hope you are doing well,

we are having a problem with our snmp as it not getting the interface description in zabbix when the interface goes down it only say interface down without getting the description we are facing this problem in all our forti switches that we have ,any advice how to solve this problem.
