Sflow Problem

Hi We have two location and we are using fortigate devices on this locations. My problem is releated sflow data.  I send sFlow over switch behind the firewall. We can not send sFlow data between the two locations but we can send the sflow the same location. I can not see sflow packet with diag sniffer packet command. How can i resolve this problem.
